Ellen has 10 years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain. She specializes in S&OP, planning operations and enjoys driving supply chain excellence projects.

Ellen took roles in supply chain planning, manufacturing and finance during her career. Recently, she led category segmentation strategies, lean logistics projects that successfully benefit to inventory turns, and result in efficient logistics and business waste reduction.

Ellen is also a mother with 2 young kids, loves traveling, taking photos and enjoying nice foods.

As Unilever’s Global Chief Customer Officer, Alex leads a cross-functional team based across the world, who are responsible for leading and strengthening the Customer Development agenda for Unilever. This includes working with Unilever’s in-market teams, and with our global customers, to deliver value to our shoppers. Alex is directly responsible for global leadership of Walmart, Tesco, AS Watson and Metro on behalf of Unilever.

Alex joined Unilever in 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Customer Development across the Asia/Africa/ Central Eastern Europe region.

Alex began his career as an Associate Consultant at McKinsey in London. He then moved on to become the European Marketing Director for Kraft in their confectionery category, followed by time as General Manager of Kraft Confectionary in the UK. Alex then spent 13 years in successively more senior General Management roles for Coca-Cola across Asia in 13 markets in all, latterly serving as President of their India and then their Philippines Divisions.

Alex earned a BA from Oxford University (UK) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Joy Rice joined Diageo plc in 1996 and was appointed Regional Supply Chain Support Director, Asia Pacific, in April 2013 and will be based out of Singapore. Joy is responsible for leading Asia Pacific in its Supply strategic agenda, in addition to managing Diageo’s regional finishing and technical centres and continuing the innovation and evolution of Diageo’s Super Deluxe category.

Prior to her current role, Joy has held a number of senior positions at Diageo including Vice President, Project Unity Global Manufacturing, and Vice President, North American Customer Operations. In her last role as the Supply Chain Director for Russia and Eastern Europe, she was responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function in those markets.

Joy has a Master’s degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and holds a degree in accounting. She is also a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Diageo plc, Joy held managerial positions at Kraft Foods and Price Waterhouse Coopers in the U.S.

Mr. Joseph C. Phi is the President of LF Logistics, a member of Li & Fung Group. He is the co-convener of the Li & Fung China Advisory Council, which aims to coordinate the Group-wide strategic effort on China. Mr. Phi is the Chairman of GS1 Hong Kong, an industry-led organization promoting global standards and best practices, and is a Director of GS1 Global Management Board. Mr. Phi currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is a member of the Advisory Committee, Centre for Marketing and Supply Chain Management in the same university. Mr. Phi is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Gamma Mu international honor societies. He received Distinguished Alumnus Award from University of Philippines - College of Business Administration in 2011, and Industrial Engineering Alumni Award and Alumni Engineers Global Achievement Award in 2013.

Mr. Phi is passionate about promoting learning and education. He is active in the speaking circuit sharing his leadership philosophies as well as strategic insights in logistics and supply chain management.

He is married with two daughters aged 23 and 20.

Anthony Rose is founder Chairman and CEO of the House of Rose Professional, a business consultancy committed to providing services in the Public Relations, Publishing and People segments and is based in Singapore. Prior to this, Anthony was Vice President and head of the Corporate Affairs function for Walmart Asia based in Hong Kong.

Anthony has held a range of Corporate Affairs and Influencer Marketing roles since 1991 across Asia and North America with Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Clea PR, Glaxo and the Datamatics Group.

Anthony's experience of 24 years spans every aspect of Influencer Marketing and Communications including his blueprint vision for the Future of Influencer Marketing in 2005, which became the basis of P&G's global capability in that area. He was also Co-Chair of the ECR Asia Pacific Executive Council the industry’s pre-eminent association of Manufacturers and Retailers between 2011 and October 2014. Anthony's experience includes eight years as faculty for the Xavier Institute of Communications.

In his spare time, Anthony writes for charity. All his royalties from his best-selling book "Daddy's Logic" have been donated to Habitat for Humanity. He will similarly donate all royalties from his new book "Break the Ceiling, touch the sky" to Save the Children.

Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Geology and post-graduate qualification in Mass Communications from St Xavier's College, Mumbai, India and the Xavier Institute of Communications, India, respectively.

With more than 25 years professional experience of International FMCG Supply Chain Management and Total Food Supply Chain for some Fortune 500 companies, Ken has been successfully executing different scalable and profitable FMCG supply chain projects in China and Asia Pacific region.

Ken is the current Vice Chairman of Chamber of Hong Kong Logistics Industry (CHKLI), Board member of the ECR HK Advisory Board, Council member of the HK IoT Industry Advisory Council, Senior Member of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong. Richards is the Head of Performance Solutions for N. APAC where he leads commercialization of Google's performance products in Greater China and Korea. He and his team are responsible for setting product strategies, enabling sales readiness, and making sure our advertisers have the latest product and solutions at their fingertips.

Previously, Richards was the Product Manager for DoubleClick Platform products for APAC. Prior to joining Google, Richards was a strategy consultant at BCG, and he has spent over 10 years building software products and large scale systems in previous roles.

Richards holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania, an MS in Computer Science from Brown University, and a BS in Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude from Stony Brook.

Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development - The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Mr So was born in 1958. He was appointed Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the fourth term Government of the HKSAR on 28 June 2012. The Commerce and Economic Development Bureau is responsible for various policy matters including Hong Kong's external commercial relations, inward investment promotion, intellectual property protection, industry and business support, tourism, consumer protection, competition, information technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, film-related issues, creative industries, and development of innovation and technology etc.

Mr So joined the third term Government of the HKSAR on 1 June 2008 as Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, and was appointed Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development on 28 June 2011.

Before joining the Government, Mr So was a practicing solicitor. He previously served as the Vice-chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong; Board Member of Hong Kong Hospital Authority; Council Member of Lingnan University; Member of Commission on Strategic Development; and member of the District Council of Wong Tai Sin District.

Before moving to Malaysia and Brunei, May was the Customer Development Director for Colgate Palmolive Hong Kong. Before joining Colgate Palmolive, she was the Sales Director for Kimberly-Clark Hong Kong, in addition to her role in managing modern trade business in Kimberly-Clark South China.In 2006-7, she led high-level business process review programs as well as thecompany-wide integrated SAP system roll out in Kimberly-Clark's Hong Kong and Chinabusinesses.

May also held different local and regional positions with global companies such as Swire Coca-Cola (HK) Limited, General Mills and The Walt Disney Company in sales, marketing and market development areas. She drove change initiatives through different multi-cultural, cross-functional teams and she delivered strong financial results to the corporation.

May graduated from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdomand received a Master of Science degree in International Marketing. Starting his career with Shell, he worked in both Singapore and Malaysia in a series of marketing, loyalty and innovation roles. In 2006, he joined the InterContinental Hotels Group where he was responsible for the group's upscale and luxury brands across Asia Pacific, successfully launching new brands and product innovations in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Michael has spent most of his career working in end-to-end supply chain management after completing a Ba. Business (Transport and Logistics) RMIT, Melbourne. Michael has extensive experience in retail supply chains joining Loscam in 2013 from Coles where he was Head of Supply Chain for their Coles Express business. He was instrumental in establishing and operating retail logistics for BP's forecourt C-Store business in Australia, New Zealand and the UK as Retail Supply Chain Manager. Whilst at BP he also held Transport Management and Retail Procurement roles. Michael is responsible for driving the pursuit of new products and customer solutions across all of Loscam's markets.

Tony D'Onofrio is currently Vice President for Global Accounts / Source Tagging at Tyco Retail Solutions, and he is listed as one of "Vend's Top 50 Retail Influencers in 2015". Globally, Tony has been driving the coordination of key growth initiatives around Tyco Retail Solutions'(TRS) largest customers and expanding TRS' global industry leadership in source tagging (the application of labels and tags at the manufacturing source). Tyco Retail Solutions is the world leader in EAS source protection solutions and their transition to RFID starting with apparel.

Previous to this role, Tony held other executive roles in Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, and Product Management. Tony tracks and has expertise in global technology trends, emerging markets, and the evolution of emerging technologies.

D'Onofrio has over 25 years in retail security and information technologies experience.

After multiple years of direct retail experience with a major supermarket chain, he joined NCR Corporationin various sales and marketing roles.

His security experience began in early1990s when he joined Sensormatic to head up POS security solutions. In 1996 he accepted a position with Kyrus Corporation, IBM's largest IT integrator, as General Manager of IT based Security Solutions. In 2001, he rejoined Sensormatic as Vice President of Integrated Solutions Marketing focusing on integration of CCTV, EAS, and Access Control.

D'Onofrio holds a "Cum Laude" Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He is married with three children.

He has almost 30 years experience in consumer industries globally. From 1984-2011 he worked for McKinsey & Company, advising both retail and consumer goods clients on issues of strategy, organisation, operational improvement, change management, and capability building. He led the firm's Europe, Middle East & Africa consumer goods practice for over 10 years. He has worked as a consultant with both large multinationals and local family-owned companies, in most regions of the world.

After leaving McKinsey, Peter worked in non-executive roles with a variety of consumer-facing organisations. He continues to sit on the Boards of a retail start-up, a food charity, and the UK Government's Ombudsman service. He was educated at both Cambridge University, England and Stanford University, USA.

Dominic Gates is the Executive Director – Head of North Asia, for LF Logistics, a division of Li & Fung Limited, the world's leading consumer goods sourcing and logistics company. He is responsible for LF Logistics operations in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Dominic Joined Li & Fung in 2006 as Managing Director of IDS Malaysia, before moving to Shanghai in 2007.

From 2000 to 2005 he was Director of Supply Chain Accounts for Bax Global, based in Singapore, and focused on the technology sector.

Dominic began his career in Australia in logistics and healthcare roles with AB Electrolux and Mayne Nickless, and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Canadian born, British raised & educated in both Food Science & Chemistry at the University of Reading (UK), Peter has extensive hands on experience of food Manufacturing in the UK, Mainland China, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines & Indonesia with his scope of experience being in Production, Factory Management & Group Quality & Safety Positions in a range of food industries. After starting his career in Quality Assurance with Rank Hovis McDougal (UK) working on dry powders, sauces, salt & extruded crackers, Peter moved on to New Product Development before going on to Unilever (UK) in Production Management with Pickled Vegetables & sauces and then onto UHT Cream. A move into the UK Poultry Industry with roles as Factory General Management and Group Technical Management with responsibility from feed mill, through hatcheries to slaughter, debone & further processing including Ready Cooked Meals & Flash Fried products for customers such as McDonalds UK, further broadened his food experience. The move to Hong Kong involved Peter joining United Biscuits (Asia Pacific) responsible for Quality & Food Safety of a number of wholly owned & joint venture businesses through Mainland China (based in Shenzhen in 1992, & later in Hong Kong) & South East Asia. Following a year setting up a new Food Flavours & Fragrance factory in Guangzhou for Bush Boake Allen in 1996, Peter joined ParknShop as Quality Assurance Manager in 1997 & has been the architect for ParknShop's Fresh Food Systems which have set the benchmark for Hong Kong’s food retailers & the Fresh Food Supply Chain. These systems are being progressively rolled out in South China. The British Science Council has designated Peter as a Chartered Scientist (Food) & is a Fellow & former Director of the Institute of Food Science & Technology (UK). Mary has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. This experience is what allowed her to launch a new chapter in her career in 2013. She is currently working at Nielsen helping the company create a new vertical for the financial services industry. In this capacity, Mary is responsible for creating new products and services that support the sale of Nielsen consumer research and insights to banks and insurance companies; additionally she is responsible for expanding the relationships with major international banks both across Asia and globally.

Prior to joining Nielsen, Mary served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Treasury and Trade Solutions business Citigroup Asia. During her 14 year tenure at Citi, Mary worked in retail banking and wealth management, Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets, and Global Transaction Services across the US and Hong Kong. Before joining Citi, Mary worked for both JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America.

Mary is an active Alumnus of The Women's Foundation's Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders. She is serving her second term as the Co-Chair of the Steering Committee after joining the programme in 2009 as a Mentor. She is committed to the development of female talent and leadership and hopes that she can inspire women to work together and support each other to reach our greatest potential.

A native to Minnesota (in the Midwest of the USA), Mary has lived in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York City. She moved to Hong Kong in 2009 with Citi to lead the transformation of the cross border foreign exchange payments business. Mary received an MBA with honors in Marketing Management from DePaul University in Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.

In her spare time she enjoys hiking the trails of Hong Kong, biking, skiing, travel and entertaining at home with good food, great wine and good friends. Travel highlights for this year include a trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights.

The channel insight team engages with the industry to deliver research, conferences and customised projects on the 'hot' grocery channels: online, convenience, discounting and wholesaling. His own areas of specialism include conference moderating, presenting and workshop facilitation. David's worked in the grocery industry for over ten years in logistics, commercial, analysis and facilitation roles so has plenty of experience to share with people right across the industry. He joined Sainsbury's non-food supply chain team in 2004 and went on to hold buying roles in fresh and frozen categories before moving to Musgrave Retail Partners four years later as trading manager for meat and poultry. In 2010 he became IGD's lead analyst on the convenience channel.

Previously, Lara led Visa's market research and analytics function in Asia Pacific, delivering compelling consumer behavior and marketing performance insights. Lara earlier worked in the Visa Acceptance team opening up new merchant segments. Prior to joining Visa in 2003, she held various roles in the banking industry in Australia including heading strategy and product development for payment cards at ANZ Bank and Commonwealth Bank. Lara has more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry.

Fabio Vacirca is the Global Managing Director of Accenture's Consumer Goods & Services practice. Accenture's Products operating group serves a set of consumer-relevant industries: Retail; Consumer Goods & Services; Life Sciences; Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure & Transportation Services; and Air, Freight & Logistics and Travel Services.

In this role, Fabio is responsible for the global business planning, industry development, investments and market strategy - using his 20+ years' experience in consumer goods. Functionally, Fabio is considered an expert for operating models and the commercial domains.

Since joining Accenture in 1991, Fabio has held a variety of leadership roles and has significant industry experience serving different clients including, Diageo, Kraft, Nestlè, Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, and Procter & Gamble spending significant amount of time on international assignments. He is at present Client account lead for South African Breweries, Philip Morris and Ferrero.

Recently, Fabio was instrumental in leading the acquisition and the successful integration of CAS in 2010 and Newspage in 2012. He is also the founder of the Milan Innovation center

Fabio received a Managing Engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano University in Italy and speaks 5 languages.

Over the last 5 years Ian has worked for leading retail and consumer goods organizations across Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam, across supply chain network optimization, merchandising, distributor management, business intelligence, forecasting and planning, and trade promotion management.

In addition to this, Ian jointly led the 2011-2013 ECR APAC OSA working group and has published reports on behalf of ECR around both on shelf availability, and digital trends in APAC.

Leo Yeung is the AVP of APAC Sales at OpenText. He has been with the company for over 17 years and managed marketing, product management, solution consulting and lately sales function. He has rich experiences in B2B integration as well as supply chain management and logistics solutions.

Leo deployed the first RosettaNet hub in China, ChinaECNet back in 2003. He authored the first book about B2B in Chinese in 2008. To promote the adoption of cloud computing, he is currently the Vice Chairman of the Cloud Computing SIG of the HK Computer Society.

Leo has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HK Baptist University (Hong Kong), a Master of International Management degree from Baylor University (USA) and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Staffordshire University (UK).
